Terms and Conditions

 Due to all Items being Handmade and Custom we do not Offer Cash Back. 

However we do take pride in the work we do so if something is not to your liking we will take the time to listen, understand, and create what you are asking for. 

• A time limit for returns: 30 days which is pretty standard, this includes restringing or fixing any products that might need to be altered. 
• Returns in like kind: If the product you order is not in your size and you would like to swap it out for another item at the same price you can do that, if it is an additional cost you would be required to pay the additional cost.
• Standards for returns: All items that are being returned should come with a descriptive note so the correct adjustments can be made accordingly. 
• Exceptions: Some Clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or restringed.
